Message sent to a user is not present in the archive or is not found in the archived messages.

Hello,


If a user A sends a message to user B . B receives the message but when I
search the archive for the respective message that is sent to B. I don't
get that particular message or the message is not available or is absent in
the archive table. I want to know what could be the probable reasons for
this..
