A further update:

Over the weekend I manually removed some old chatrooms that the script
missed.

This Friday around 8pm MDT (04:00 UTC) I will bring down the server
again for ~20 minutes to remove chatrooms whose names contain invalid
characters and thus violate RFC 7622.
