Announcement: List address change

ANNOUNCEMENT

The leafnode list addresses have changed because someone found it
fitting to, a few years after renaming the institution Universität
Dortmund to Technische Universität Dortmund, to withdraw most of the
uni-dortmund.de domains from existance, disregarding external links and
whatever.

For the time being, until the list can be moved out to its own domain
(leafnode.org), please note that all uni-dortmund.de needs to be
replaced by tu-dortmund.de, in web URLs, mail addresses.

I have regenerated the list configuration and archives.  If someone
still finds things under my control pointing to *.uni-dortmund.de, drop
me a note.
