I've successfully used postfaq Perl script (which is appropriate for
my purpose):
http://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/software/postfaq/

The minimal format  of a FAQ file needed for postfaq is not described
on the script's page, so I will put it here:

From:
Expires: 7d [optional]

Archive-name: [needed for FAQ-type postings]
