I should move things (web site, list) from the tu-dortmund computer to my own server soonish and then do a bulk update of all the URLs. However, if the sending MTA has a "poor reputation" then that's an issue on the sender's end, and will not fare any better when I move things: my server will also massively reject/blacklist, greylist, and to some extent, filter, ingress mail. This has become necessary since the Asian botnets that send 1234567<AT>qq.com style Chinese spam started to hammer my mail server since September 2017 or so and that has already been hosting bogofilter for a while. Note that leafnode-1 is the formally stable version (without support for locally = unfetched groups though) and leafnode-2 is in alpha state and not supposed to be packaged as binary installable package.
