did you post/send via GMANE?

I have - admittedly after the recent reconfiguration - sent such an
email with "help" in subject and body to leafnode-list-request at
leafnode.org, where at is @, and properly received the help text back in
my inbox. It may take a few minutes due to greylisting and the retry
schedule of your mailserver sending to my list server, but normally you
should have it within 90 minutes. If not, please contact me off-list
with all details.
