Leafnode v2 is in need of some love, and I need to port the PCRE2
changes from leafnode 1.12 to 2.0 alpha. It does have pipelined fetch
and local-only groups (not backed by an upstream server) and other
improvements.

v2 also saw a contribution of Lua code by Clemens Fischer quite a while
ago, which added some features, but had some issues, and I cannot reach
Clemens any more. The address is defunct - and Clemens, if you are
