Yes, it works for both bug reports. Thanks.
btw: Some buggy server(ex. the server in the sf bug report) claims that it
has utf8 feature, but still returns non-utf8 messages even after lftp
sends "OPT UTF8 ON". Thus users cannot access remote files with
non-ascii characters in their name. Setting "set ftp:charset gbk" won't
work according to the manual("This setting is only used when the
server does not support UTF8"). The workaround is "ftp:use-feat false".
