Seems they won't do it. They said it's for security
reason. I'm inclined to agree with them.

May be that's why many ftp clients only do FEAT after
login. Yes, SmartFTP, FlashFXP, NcFTP and I'm sure
there are more. Maybe lftp is the only one different.
