Feature request : WebDAV support

Hi,

It would be very nice to have WebDAV support in lftp. For now, you can 
get/put data from/to a webdav server using http (or https), but it 
misses a few key features : the hability to create a collection 
(directory) via MKCOL, file locking...

I'm very happy lftp right now, but being able to use it to do WebDAV 
requests would make sense and make it rocks even more ;)
