AIX 5.2 make errors...

 Hello, 
    First let me say thanks to all who have contributed to this great app.

    regretfully I must ask for you assistance as I need to run this app on AIX and am having a very specific problem.
    
    This issue is actually already documented on your archives twice:

    Unfortunately there are no answers to either of these requests.
    I only wish I could read c++ better, but I am ignorant to that language.
    Please, any help would be appreciated.

    And if this is a well documented fix, please provide a link, because I have been searching for quite some time.
