Thank you, but the patch is not correct. IOBufferTelnet::PutTranslated is
really needed even without iconv.

BTW, I have already fixed iconv-less compilation in cvs (branch lftp-3-5).
I'm going to release lftp-3.5.13 now, please test lftp-3.5.13rc1 from
ftp://ftp.yar.ru/lftp/testing/
