BUG: mirror creates locally directories that aren't supposed to be needed/files downloaded

remote server contains
/somedir/ble.txt
/otherdir/crap.txt
/another/ble.txt

mirror -c -i '.*ble.*'

creates locally all three dirs which doesn't make sense. I would consider this 
to be a bug. IMO only somedir and anotherdir should be created as only these 
two contain files matching regexp.
