lftp-4.5.5 has been released. Changes:

* added support for internationalized domain names.
* added lftp --norc option.
* added mirror "Finished" message.
* added ftp:catch-size setting.
* fixed net:max-retries setting.
* fixed byte counters in mirror status.
* fixed a segfault in ftps.
* fixed a spurious error message in fxp and ftp.
