No actions delta file.

Hi,
I have file F10 in computer A, and file F11 in computer B.
I send a signatufe file of A from computer A to computer B in order that=20
computer B generates a delta file and sent it backup to computer A to=20
regenerate file F11 using the basis file F10.

If files F10 and F11 are the same in contents, how may I know it looking at=
=20
the generated delta file ?
Is the delta file 0 bytes length ?
Any other propierty I can look into the delta file to know that files F10 a=
n=20
=4611 are the same ?
