 I am also trying to compile  it on Android and Iphone, but librsync.c is
missing from folder, can you please provide this file.

On Windows, this will very likely truncate the output file before it
starts writing, and then it won't be able to read the basis blocks.
I'm surprised it doesn't fail though.
