          Now, I am compiling librsync on MAC, but I am unable to compile
it, can you please give me any documentation about compilation on MAC.

On Windows, this will very likely truncate the output file before it starts
writing, and then it won't be able to read the basis blocks.
I'm surprised it doesn't fail though.
