In theory no. However, there are some outstanding bug reports for >4G
files that I'm yet to investigate.

sqrt(filesize)

I'm hoping some day to get a chance to do some work on librsync to
include things like whole-file checksums, random seeds, and a good block
and blocksum size heuristic.

Realistically I can't see myself tackling this for at least a month...
