[Licq-devel] PATCH: please don't check for deprecated vector.h but for vector in configure

Hello. The new gcc 4.3 don't provides deprecated header files in stdlibc++-devel, e.g vector.h. It should be used #include <vector> instead <vector.h>. But some configure files in plugins check the availability of vector.h. Please change it to vector. Regards Ladislav.
