When I try to log on, I only get three online contacts show up.  The
Network Log shows things seem to have stalled.  All three have low ICQ
numbers.

I've had a problem for the past two years where people who log in
after me can't see in their client that I'm online, even though the
web page says I am.  I can work around it by going invisible then back
to visible.  I wonder if the two are related.
