Did she ever > delete these groups? Not that I know of, but she's had this UIN for some time. Anyway her contact list is very short so it's trivial to re-add any users who need adding. But I thought I'd mention the group thing in case it explains what other people are seeing. I should mention that Licq showed no group names in the "server group" menu either.
