[Licq-devel] Fatal error

I was customizing Licq version 1.3.5 qt-plugin 1.3.5 compiled on May
13, 2008 Skins: bheart,  Icons: kde, Extended icons: kde and
Emoticons: msn. It had the fatal error in config file section
