Let me correct this: The CMake-files are buggy. Don't ask me since when, but translations, plugins, and other stuff don't get installed in CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX. They end up in /usr/local instead, while I install into /opt/licq. So I ran an old version.

Can someone fix the CMake stuff? I'll try to see what's wrong, but dunno if I can fix it.
