Yes, I remember we said to do that in future releases. But should that 
apply for 1.3.x as well? I thought we should do 1.3.x tags the old way 
for consistency(?)
Just doing a copy on entire 1.3-stable will include jons-gtk-gui, 
jons-gtk2-gui and rms-web which aren't part of the release.
