There is mail.licq.org, start.licq.org, calendar.licq.org but they are
just CNAMEs for gmail.
But that is all that we use.

If we are putting Trac in read-only mode, I can host it on my other server.
Another thing we can do, is use EC2 free for one year, if no one else
has a server they want to put it on. http://aws.amazon.com/free
Perhaps me moving it to EC2 temporary would be best actually.
