Yeah, that's a good point. I'm sorry I didn't see this plugin, must be
new and at the moment it isn't really fun to browse the licq website (if
the domain is not reachable, why doesn't - at least - somebody replace
the absolute links from the menu with relative ones?).

Well then, I think, one part of the work will be to implement more
functions in the RMS plugin, since this can act as the server.

Then I might start a backend dummy which uses the RMS plugin to fetch
its data and fakes a real backend to any frontend.

It would only be worth the effort if this would mean a general change in
the backend to plugin communication. I don't want to code something
parallel to the main icq stream, because that means much effort for
maintaining the code and keeping it up to date. But as far as I have
seen, some things can be done for the interface between backend and
plugins. I'd like to start in this direction.

Anyways, I am abroad until the end of march, so the work won't start
before then. But I would like to get an overview on what is needed, what
is wanted and what I can do.
