Hello all translators,

Since we are getting close to a first release candidate for 1.3.4, now is the 
time to start getting the translations in shape for a release. Below is a 
list of translations, maintainer and translation status. 

Anybody wanting to help out should contact the current maintainer. If you're 
unable to get hold of him/her and wish to take over maintaining the 
translation, please let us know.

If your language is not listed below and you would like to change that:
1. Send a mail to the list so that others know that you have started the work.
2. Get the latest svn[1] and read [2] or [3] for information on how to add a 
new language.
3. Translate the file and send it to the list.

This should give you a hint on the amount of work required:
Licq daemon: ~870 message
Qt-GUI: ~1200 messages
licq.desktop[4]: 2 messages (Comment and GenericName)

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
