I've downloaded and compiled this version, I'm still getting the
problems I reported earlier regarding MSN protocol. Also today I got a
few times when licq just dropped out and came back immediately (don't
know why, forgot to check the network window)

new in this version is when I kill licq and try to start it again, it
gives an error about not being able to do something with the pid
"[ERR] Licq: Unabled to determine pid of running Licq instance."
this goes away after removing ~/.licq/licq.pid

(I do this a lot, because I run licq from my home machine and wherever I
go, I run it via a tunnelled X11 connection over ssh)

Cheers
