communication server ICQ client licq

Hi,

i have ha typical problem: i have tried diffeferent ICQ Server ports
like the default 5091 and others that i see at differente forums and
the results are errors like:

port 5091 Case -> Rate limit exceed
port 21 -> Server socket closed

ia have tried a telnet connection
ping -c 1 login.icq.com
 telnet <ip from above command> 5190

and the connection is possible

¿ What is the correct configuration?
