Nothing unusually at all, licq starts normally, expecting that nearly every 
contact is duplicative, and it only says:

 > 15:44:03: [WRN] Licq: Ignoring stale lockfile (pid 8659)

Do i have to start licq by now every time with this command? That isnt really 
normal or?
