Cant send/receive files

Hi,

I've got a new problem to solve:
I cannot send or receive files... When someone is trying to send me a files, 
licq pops up a new window (like those you get if a new contact requested your 
permission). Up to now every thing is ok, but after if click in these new 
window on "accept", another window is poping up (the state of the file 
transfer) but nothing happens...

I hope i could explain my problem acceptable, if not please ask as much as you 
are happy to... (sorry for my english, i knew its really bad...)
