Same situation here.  The only spam I get on ICQ is AUTH request spam.
I think that much of that would stop if I could deny or silently drop any
AUTH request that has in it a URL or  an alphabet which I do not read.  Most
of the spams I get have either Cyrillic characters or URL's or both.
