Help needed with graphics for qt-gui

I'm currently working on improving the chat dialog in the qt-gui for
qt4.
The idea is to make the dialog more space efficient by rearranging the
controls. This includes converting the checkboxes into toolbar buttons.

Since I'm no good at graphics, I'm looking for someone who can create
some icons for the new buttons.
The following needs to be representated with icons instead of text:
"Send through server"
"Urgent"
"Multiple recipients"
"Menu" (this refers to the user menu button currently in the lower left
corner of the dialog)

If you also feel that any of the existing icons needs an update, I'm
open to suggestions. But the four listed above are the important ones
right now.

The icon size should be 16x16.
