There is an 1.3.6? Neither the website nor debian provides such version. Any
place I forgot to look?

My particular problem: I do not get presence information (online, offline,
etc) for many users in my contact list. Getting authorized (again) sometimes
helps, but sometimes the authorization grant does not pass through (maybe if
there is no direct connection) and I have to guess whether a contact is
online or not.

Is this a new ICQ server feature or a protocol issue?
