Patched 1.3.5 RPMs for OpenSUSE 10.3

Since quite a few of you might still be using OpenSUSE 10.3, I have compiled 
an RPM for OpenSUSE 10.3, containing the logon-patch. You can download it 
here:

	http://www.root42.de/stuff/licq/

I could not test it, but it should fix the problem. Feedback is welcome.
