An unknown SNAC error

I just got kicked out and found in the network log the following:

10:50:44: Event #22168 is still on the running queue!
10:50:44: [ERR] Internal error: ProcessDoneEvents(): Unknown SNAC 
(0x00130002).

Does this tell anybody something?
