Installing Licq

I am trying to install Licq in my virtualbox with Ubuntu.

I have managed to install gloox, Licq and the jabber plugin and fixed all=
=20
the dependencies according the instructions. How do i run it now? Is there=
=20
a *GUI* where I can try to run it?

I also tried to install the plugin called qt4-gui, but when I try the=20
"make" command I get a lot of errors like

usercodec.h:29:3: error: =91Q_OBJECT=92 does not name a type
usercodec.h:38:10: error: =91encoding_t=92 does not name a type
usercodec.cpp:27:1: error: =91encoding_t=92 in =91class LicqQtGui::UserCode=
c=92=20
does not name a type


Can you please help me get this running?=20
