How to contribute to lwip 2.2.0 ?

I'm here in a company called Igel and found there is some code needed to be
fixed in the latest lwip 2.2.0. I have forked the code in my github and
make a PR like this:

May I know is that the whole process of of making PR? I didn't see any
response in my github.
