You're asking for a feature like apache's mod_rewrite. I'm guessing this goes beyond the scope of what mathopd is designed to do. There are many other things that mod_rewrite can do that would be nice to add to mathopd, like protection from remote linking to images. However, that also probably goes beyond the scope of mathopd.
