phpstub and 403

great! that got it working. i'm not sure why you would write logfiles to /tmp when you have a /var/log but i'll deal with that later. my HOWTO is coming along nicely. now, does anyone use phpstub? when i try to access a php file it gives me a 403 "Forbidden" error. also, does mathopd support user's public web containers in thier home directories? with apache, you can goto http://www.domain.com/~user to access /home/user/public_html.
