New release: 1.4p1

Hi.

Mathopd 1.4p1 has been released. This releases officially makes 1.4 the
`stable' version, although 1.3 is still available if anyone wants it.

There are not many changes with respect to the `gamma' release. A problem
with `dos line breaks' in user files etc. is fixed.

Some documentation has been added to the distribution.
