it's up and running :-)

Hi there,

thanks a lot for your help with the config-file options!

mathopd is up and running at myphorum.de delivering the gif-
and css-files.
So every webserver does what he is best for ... Apache for PHP-Pages
and mathopd for the static-pages.
mathopd nearly never shows up in the top-(20)-view and the performance for
the images is blazingly good.
