unfortunately, no.  i tried setting IndexNames to moin.cgi and it's full
name, but this doesn't make http://localhost:8887/moin/cgi-bin/WordIndex
called like moin.cgi with a SCRIPT_NAME/REQUEST_URI of
http://localhost:8887/moin/cgi-bin/moin.cgi?FrontPage
