action handler

Hiho List,

i would like to use mathopd with embperl. However I don't want long
URL's like this:http://example.ath.cx/cgi-bin/embcgi.pl/blog/index.tmpl
Is there a smart way to solve this problem? I search something like
action handler in  Apache.
