1.4 gamma

Hi.

I just put up the prerelease, or gamma version if you will, of mathopd
1.4. Get it at http://www.mathopd.org etc. This release does not yet
comtain the complete documenation - sorry.

People who were already running 1.4 are encouraged to upgrade. In previous
1.4 versions, mathopd would repeatedly try accept(), even in low resource
conditions, like file table overflows, causing gigantic error logs.  What
happens now is that Mathopd will stop accepting for about one second,
should accept() ever fail.

The redirect feature has been resurrected by popular demand. :)

Apart from documentation, no more changes will be made to the mathopd 1.4
source code, unless some horrible show-stopping bug occurs.
