mathopd uses a own, nonstandard, format for it's logfiles, which analog
doesn't recognize.

there are tools for converting the logs to a standard format at
http://www.mathopd.org/utilities.html 

also it should be possible to configure analog to read mathopd's format,
which is probably more efficient, see
http://www.analog.cx/docs/logfmt.html
maybe somebody has done it before, but shouldn't be too complicated
anyway.
