The cpu is de-underclocked from 133 to 266 MHz, giving it 266 bogomips.
(lpj=1331200)

Decreasing loop_delay from 20 to 1 does not affect the bug. I'm now
increasing
it and watching, next test is the dynamic_loop_delay patch.
