Details:

The new mingw-runtime 3.10 changed a bit the include time.h.
Due to this mldonkey doesn't compile.
Cause the use of gettimeofday in line 191 of
mldonkey/src/config/mingw/os_stubs_c.c doesn't match the declaration in line
39 of mingw/include/sys/time.h .
