[bug #17356] BT: Allow startbt to use URLs without extension ".tor" and ".torrent"

Update of bug #17356 (project mldonkey):

                 Summary: Ummm... kinda simple.works: ddlink
http://www.mininova.org/get/388815doesn't: startbt
http://www.mininova.org/get/388815When it doesn't it really doesn't. Not in
the slightest. It just returnsthe prompt and that's it. The download is not
listed under vd, torrentsnor client_stats_bt.BTW. The file the torrent links
to is the 500MB (approx) tarball of theAOL user search string release as
described
