[bug #17160] mldonkey crashes on startup

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #17160 (project mldonkey):

Yes, the bug is known, but until now only on Slackware which lacks magic.mgc
files.

Debian package has this file, now I do not unterstand why MLDonkey
tries to load /etc/magic first
